Unfortunately we do not allow any pets on our property.

Is Smoking Allowed?

All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted outside, away from the rooms but must be away from the pool and outside seating areas.

Are Loud Speakers and Music Allowed?

We try to run a peaceful and tranquil environment for our guests and so loud speakers are not allowed. If you wish to listen to music in the outside areas we request that you use headphones or earbuds so as not to disturb our other guests.

Can We Play Cornhole Around the Pool/Deck areas?

We are sorry but no. You must be on the beach or in a grass open area that will not disturb others.

Is There a Quiet Time at Sunset Inn?

Yes. We have a strictly enforced quiet time from 10pm - 8am

Question 6

Are Tents or Canopies Allowed on the Beach?

Accepted Answer

Only in the safe designated areas. They cannot be within 30 feet of the rental line equipment. They must be attended to at all times and willl be asked to remove if they are not properly anchored. Note: Panama City Beach enforces a Leave No Trace Behind rule whereby any visitor items remaining on the beach after sundown will be removed and disposed of.
