Our Three Story building is located directly on the beach. It consists of courtyard/interior rooms as well as gulf view rooms that include three different layout options. Those gulf view options are as follows: 1st floor you will find one queen bed and sofa efficiency, 2nd floor will have two queen bed efficiencies and 3rd floor will have a king bed and sofa efficiency.
Three Bedroom Condo
Enjoy our one and only three bedroom condo which is located on the third floor of the three story building. This is the only condo we have on our property which boasts beautiful views of the gulf. You can accommodate up to 8 family members. This condo has a master suite with a king bed and it’s own bathroom as well as two other bedrooms each with their own queen bed. This unit has another bathroom in the hallway. Your full den, kitchen and dining table are all open to one another with gulf views. Please note that you will not receive daily service from our housekeeping staff with a condo rental. You are responsible for laundering your own linens during your stay since you have your own washer and dryer in the unit.
1st Floor Gulf Front
Our 1st floor gulf front efficiency room in our 3 story building can accommodate up to two adults and 2 children with one queen bed, one sofa sleeper, a bathroom and kitchenette. This unit is also called our split unit where the queen bed and sofa are in separated areas divided by the kitchenette and bathroom. It also boasts two TV’s, one in each area. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, four eye stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker along with your basic cookware, dishes and utensils. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on your own private balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean.
2nd Floor Gulf Front
Our 2nd floor gulf front efficiency rooms in our 3 story building can accommodate up to four family guests with two queen beds, a bathroom and kitchenette. Our kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, four eye stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker along with your basic cookware, dishes and utensils. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on your own private balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean.
3rd Floor Gulf Front
Our 3rd floor gulf front efficiency room in our 3 story building can accommodate up to two adults and two children with one king bed, one sofa sleeper, a bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, four eye stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker along with your basic cookware, dishes and utensils. Since this unit is on the 3rd floor, please note that your balcony is an open balcony, meaning there is not an overhead covering while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
Courtyard/Interior Room
Our courtyard/interior efficiency rooms of the three story building can accommodate up to four guests with two queen beds, a bathroom and kitchenette. Our kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, four eye stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker along with your basic cookware, dishes and utensils. Your unit door will open up to the interior courtyard area of the 3 story building. These room do NOT have a gulf view.
